Mahrah Al Nahyan Pleads Guilty After Toddler Wandered Toward Traffic
A London court heard that Mahrah Al Nahyan was found unconscious near a barefoot three-year-old who wandered toward traffic. She pleaded guilty to one count of child neglect.
