OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). We may also update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or block access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, to the extent state law applies, the laws of the state in which The American Men is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and DMCA & Copyright Policy, are the entire agreement between you and The American Men regarding the Site.
