The performance included robotic hands holding scalpels to mimic her double mastectomy, with makeup giving the illusion of open surgical wounds.

After the show, Gottmilk took to Instagram to thank RuPaul and discuss how “this look represents the pain and suffering I went through” when she had her breasts removed.
